Order Process
- Add selected items to cart
- Add contact and delivery information
- Choose method of payment
- Delivery will be on its way within 24 – 48hrs. We will whatsapp / text you with package tracking details.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery charges will be based on location. Please choose correct location from drop down list at check out.
- We contact the customer to confirm delivery time and contact person to receiving package. Please ensure you indicate landmarks & special instructions to make the delivery a smooth one.
- Orders within Nairobi will be dispatched & delivered within 48 hrs from when order is placed.
- Orders outside Nairobi will take up to 48 hrs.
- Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Returns Policy
- If you are not totally satisfied or would require a different size or print, you may return your items within 5 days from the date of purchase .
- Items will need to be in original state , unwashed and unworn .
- Delivery charges will apply on returns.( delivery will be calculated based on pick up location to warehouse).
